    A 21-year-old Wrangell man has been charged with purchasing alcohol for a party where an alleged assault occurred on Jan. 12.     A defensive battle was the name of the game this week as the Wrangell Wolves faced off against the Haines Glacier Bears in a two-day away game series that saw Wrangell walk away with a pair of wins for their effort.
