    A Wrangell man was sentenced to three years on probation and 200 hours of community service after being convicted in U.S. District Court of felony marijuana cultivation near Rainbow Falls. U.S. District Judge Timothy M. Burgess in Anchorage sentenced Jeffery R. Webster, 20, appeared on November 7, 2011 before Deputy Magistrate Leanna Splinter and was found guilty of possession, control, or consumption of alcohol by person under the age of 21 and was ordered to pay a fine of $500.
