    The Wrangell Medical Center Board of Directors voted unanimously on Wednesday, Nov. 16 to extend Emergency Room and hospital privileges to 7 physicians and one CRNA, while denying those same privileges to Dr. Greg Salard of the Tideline Clinic.     The Senate unanimously passed a bipartisan resolution last week co-sponsored by Senator Lisa Murkowski recognizing November as National Native American Heritage Month – and last Friday, Nov. 18 as Native American Heritage Day.     Anna Mae Baldwin, 76, of Wrangell, Alaska, a native of Pratt, Kansas, died Monday, November 21, 2011 at home. Mrs. Baldwin was born in Pratt, Kansas April 8, 1935, the daughter of Clarence and Esther (Miller) Rose. She married Daniel S. Baldwin on August 6, 1955.
