    Last weekend was the annual Rally For Cancer Care golf tournament, organized by the Wrangell Medical Center Foundation. The tournament on Saturday was less of a serious competition and more for fun and socializing. Several holes on the 9-hole course had a different, fun challenge to compete in.     A Wrangell boy earned three more medals at his second showing at the Special Olympics Summer Games, held last weekend in Anchorage. A swimmer, Carter Hammer competed in a total of four events.     Taking advantage of the fair weather, dozens of golfers hit the links at Muskeg Meadows over the weekend for a pair of tournaments.
