The Stikine Middle School Wolves hosted its first wrestling tournament in three years over the weekend, with students from Ketchikan and Petersburg making the trip. While around 60 students in all participated, the tournament was intended to be even bigger. The Clarke Cochrane Christmas Classic is a longstanding Ketchikan tournament, typically held between the holidays. Wrangell's youth swim team started its second competitive year at Petersburg's November Rain meet last weekend, hosted by the Viking Swim Club.
