Feeding friends on a Friday
Dozens of community members joined students for the annual Friendsgiving lunch at Evergreen Elementary School on Friday, Nov. 21. The group above, pre-K through second grade, enjoyed the first lunch shift with their designated friends, followed by a second lunch for third, fourth and fifth graders. Community volunteers and businesses donated foods to fill the tables in the school’s multi-purpose room.
