The sound of music in the park
Kaylauna Churchill entertained the crowd at Music in the Park on Aug. 20 at Shoemaker Bay. Churchill was the second act and followed the Powers Band. The free event was held with good weather and also featured Andrei Bardin-Siekawitch, Elizabeth Armstrong and the Petersburg-based duo K1NFOLK. The Parks and Recreation Department said this was the biggest Music in the Park so far.
