David V. Evenson, 20, appeared before Magistrate Chris Ellis on October 19, 2011 and was found guilty of driving under the influence and driving with license cancelled/ suspended/revoked or limited, and is ordered to serve five days in jail, and is fined a total of $1005. The defendant must contact AICS and complete screening evaluation and recommended program and pay all costs. The defendant’s driver’s license is revoked for 180 days. The defendant must perform 80 hours of community work. The defendant is placed on probation for two years.

Jeramie Edward Novcaski, 34, appeared before Magistrate Chris Ellis on Oct. 21, 2011 and was found guilty of drunken person on licensed premises and is fined $300.

Brett L. Claggett, 44, appeared before Magistrate Chris Ellis on Oct. 26, 2011 and was found guilty of driving under the influence and is ordered to serve three days in jail and pay a fine of $1955. The defendant must complete substance abuse treatment. The defendant’s driver’s license is revoked or 90 days. The defendant is placed on probation for one year.
