Correction

In the Feb. 16 Sentinel article “Prescott plans to help promote Southeast writers,” it mentions author Vivian Faith Prescott’s “Tlingit heritage.” Prescott is not Tlingit, but intermarried among the Tlingit when she was 15, and then was adopted into her children’s Tlingit clan.

Clarification

The photo accompanying the March 1 article “Buness brings new bakery to Wrangell” was taken by Chris Hatton and was incorrectly attributed to the Sentinel reporter.
