Timothy Burrows, 47, appeared before Judge Kevin G. Miller and was found guilty of alcohol restricted in licensed areas and is ordered to serve 49 days. The defendant was fined $550. The defendant was also found to have violated his probation and it has been extended for 58 days.

Robert A. Seimears, 58, appeared before Magistrate Chris Ellis and was found guilty of assault in the fourth degree, and is ordered to serve two months in jail. The defendant is fined a total of $100, and placed on probation for three years.

Jacob R. Soeteber, 32, was found guilty of driving under the influence, no motor vehicle liability insurance and failure to appear and is ordered to serve 25 days in jail. The defendant is fined $5242, and is placed on probation for three years.
