-Arrested Jazmyn Waddington Wright, 19, on charges of failure to appear.

-Citation issued to Amanda Simpson, 34, for dog at large.

-Officer responded to motor vehicle accident.

-Person came in to report child missing, child was seen walking down sidewalk all was fine.

-Person reported someone had forged her signature on documents.

-Citation issued to John Charles Wellons, 67, for operating with expired registration and driving a commercial vehicle without medical certificate in possession.

-Arrested Theodore Palmer, 66, on charges of DUI, refusal to submit to chemical test and driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked.

There were four dog complaints and one request for an ambulance this week.
