Terry Alsdurf, 68, died July 26, 2012 after a long battle with cancer in Mesa, Ariz.
Terry was born on December 1, 1943.
Terry was the quintessential friend. If you needed something fixed, painted, tweaked, watered, a ride to or from somewhere, or just someone to talk to, Terry was the one you turned to. He relished helping others. Terry had a large circle of friends from his youth that he loved and with whom he kept in close contact.
Terry loved to travel, especially on his motorcycle. On any given day he would be off to South Dakota, Tennessee or Alaska on his bike just to “visit for a while.” Time was something Terry used as he wished and friends were something he cherished, which is why his life, over too soon, was full with the beauty of both of these precious things.
He is preceded in death by his parents Fern and Leonard and his brother, Dallas.
He is survived by his sister Mona (Bill) Hoge, a niece and a nephew.
A graveside service was held on August 23 in White Owl Cemetery in White Owl, S.D.
