On Jan. 22, First District Judge Kevin Miller adjudicated the following cases:
Randall Fordyce, 53, was found to have violated the terms of his probation. Probation was revoked and reinstated, with an extension of 27 months. He was also ordered to pay a $100 jail surcharge and complete a new substance abuse evaluation through Alaska Island Community Services and to report monthly to a probation officer.
Andrew Hoyt, 48, was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct (Reduced form Reckless Endangerment.) He was fined $300, placed on probation for one year, and ordered to complete a firearms safety course.
James Goldsbury, 56, was found to have violated the terms of his release. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 fine.
Chance Dowling, 19, was found guilty of Minor Consuming Alcohol and Possession of Tobacco by a Minor. He was fined $320, ordered to contact Ketchikan’s ASAP program, and placed on probation for one year.
