On Feb. 19, First District Judge Kevin Miller adjudicated the following cases:

Nicolas Howell, 26, was found to have violated the conditions of his felony release. He was sentenced to serve 10 days in jail, with credit for 8 days in treatment and ordered to pay a $50 jail surcharge and $50 training surcharge.

Nicolas Howell, 26, pled guilty to Big Game Antler Requirements and was reduced to strict liability. She was fined $510 and her moose was seized for donation to a charitable organization.

On Feb. 21, First District Magistrate Chris Ellis adjudicated the following case:

Christy R. Gardner, 46, was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct (Reduced from Reckless Endangerment.) He was fined $300, placed on probation for one year, and ordered to complete a firearms safety course.

On Feb. 22, First District Magistrate Chris Ellis adjudicated the following case:

Scott R. Thomassen, 42, was found guilty of Driving While License Cancelled/Suspended/Revoked/Limited. He was sentenced to serve 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended, pay $100 in surcharges, and to perform 80 hours of community work service. His driver’s license was revoked for 90 days.

On Feb. 26, First District Magistrate Chris Ellis adjudicated the following case:

John M. Ingram, 62, pled guilty to Use/Control/Display Any Amount of a Controlled Substance in the 6th Degree. He was fined $200, ordered to pay $50 in surcharges and to forfeit his marijuana for appropriate disposition.

On Feb. 27, First District Magistrate Chris Ellis adjudicated the following case:

Christina Pacheco, 46, pled guilty to Criminal Mischief in the 5th Degree (modified from Obstruction or Hindrance of Lawful Trapping.) She was sentenced to serve 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended, pay $100 in fines and $50 in surcharges, as well as restitution to be determined by the State. She was also placed on probation for one year.
