Shamrock Shuffle Run-Walk raises money for Ferdinand expenses

A large group of Wrangellites turned out on Sunday, March 17 for a 3-mile “Shamrock Shuffle” walk/run to raise $330 for Anita Ferdinand’s medical expenses. Dale McMurren, left, leads off the walk/run, with George Benson and Corree Delabrue close behind. McMurren won the event in the men’s section with a final time of 22:39. Stephanie McIntyre took first for the women’s portion with a time of 27:44.
