Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Wrangell Post, contacted James Jenkins, 48, of Wrangell. Investigation revealed Jenkins was subsistence use fishing for Tanner crab without the required buoy markings for subsistence shellfish gear. Jenkins was cited into Wrangell court with a bail amount of $110.00.
