On August 26, Wrangell District Judge Kevin Miller adjudicated the following case:

Kathryn L. Bartels, 50, was found guilty of violating conditions of release. She was ordered to serve the 10 days of suspended jail time and to report to Lemon Creek Correctional Center on September 9, 2013.

On August 28, Wrangell District Judge Kevin Miller adjudicated the following case:

Marika J. Garner, 19, was found guilty of Repeat Minor Consuming Alcohol. She was sentenced to probation of one year, ordered to pay $50 in surcharges, contact KASAP, perform 96 hours of Community Work Service and to have her driving privileges revoked for 180 days.

On September 3, Wrangell Deputy Magistrate Leanna Splinter adjudicated the following case:

Aaron M. Howell, age 18, was found guilty of Minor Consuming Alcohol. He was sentenced to probation for one year and to contact Wrangell Youth Court, complete process and follow orders.

On September 4, Wrangell Deputy Magistrate Leanna Splinter adjudicated the following cases:

Wayne D. St. John, Jr., 23, was found guilty of Protection of F&G. He was ordered to pay $200 in fines and surcharges.

Krysta L. Gillen, 18, was dismissed from charges of Minor Consuming Alcohol.
