On August 26, First District Judge Kevin Miller adjudicated the following case:

Desiree M. Collins, 23, was found guilty of Violating Conditions of Release in a previous case from 2008. She was ordered to serve 30 days of the unsuspended jail time and will no longer be on probation upon completion of jail time.
