Trick or treaters draw the winning name for the Wrangell Cooperative Association's prize drawing for two tickets on Alaska Airlines Thursday afternoon. The proceeds went to help construct the Tlingit Cultural Center and carving shed. Sophia Andreson held the winning ticket.
