Jonathan Annis, 30, appeared before First District Judge Kevin Miller on charges of Driving Under the Influence, Resisting/Interfering With Arrest and Violating Conditions of Release. The Defendant entered a guilty plea. He was sentenced to 100 days in jail with 82 days suspended, ordered to pay $2955 in fines and surcharges with $600 suspended, to contact KASAP within 5 days, to have his driver’s license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year. The court dismissed a charge of Refuse to Submit To Chemical Test.

Steven Barger, 18, appeared before First District Judge Kevin Miller on charges of Furnishing Alcohol to Person Under 21 and Minor Consuming Alcohol. The Defendant entered a guilty plea. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 62 days suspended with credit for time in residential treatment, ordered to pay $1810 in fines and surcharges with $1000 suspended and placed on probation for two years.

Robert Arambul, 55, appeared before First District Judge Kevin Miller on charges of Driving Under the Influence. The Defendant entered a guilty plea. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended, ordered to pay $2555 in fines and surcharges with $980 suspended, complete screening for treatment, to have his driver’s license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Carin Rhodes appeared before First District Judge Kevin Miller on charges of Negligent Driving Not CMV. The Defendant entered a guilty plea. She was ordered to pay $310 in fines and surcharges. The court dismissed a charge of Driving With Out-Of-State License After 90 Days In State.

November 19

Paul Goble, 47, appeared before First District Judge Kevin Miller on charges of Driving Under the Influence and Driving While License Suspended, Canceled or Revoked. The Defendant entered a guilty plea. He was sentenced to 195 days in jail with 120 days suspended, ordered to pay $4605 in fines and surcharges with $1100 suspended, to contact KASAP within 5 days, to have his driver’s license revoked for 455 days and placed on probation for three years.

Charlie Ercolin, 57, appeared before First District Judge Kevin Miller on charges of Assault in the 4th Degree – Reckless Injury. The Defendant entered a guilty plea. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 152 days suspended with credit for residential treatment, ordered to pay $1150 in fines and surcharges with $1100 suspended and placed on probation for two years.

Dylan Franks, 23, appeared before First District Judge Kevin Miller on charges of Assault in the 4th Degree – Reckless Injury and a Petition to Revoke Probation from previous charges. The Defendant entered a guilty plea. He was sentenced to 270 days in jail with 220 days suspended, ordered to pay $200 in fines and surcharges with $100 suspended, to contact AICS within 10 days of release from jail to complete substance and mental health screening and placed on probation for three years. The Prosecuting Attorney dismissed charges of Criminal Trespass 2 – Upon Premises and Violating Condition of Release.

November 22

Israel Comstock, 18, appeared before First District Judge Kevin Miller on charges of Vehicle Theft in the 1st Degree. The Defendant entered a guilty plea. He was sentenced to 240 days in jail with 210 days suspended, ordered to pay $200 in surcharges with $100 suspended and placed on probation for three years. The court dismissed charges of Driving Under the Influence, Reckless Driving, Repeat Minor Consuming and Driving without Valid Operator License.
