Participants in the Southeasts Beasts Ugly Sweater Run pose for a group photo before starting a five-kilometer run last Saturday. Treacherous weather conditions didn't deter enthusiastic runners. Participants also stopped mid-run to help a Sentinel reporter whose car had become stuck en route to cover the event.
