Person reported that people are parking in the handicap parking that do not have a permit. Vehicle has been moved.

86’d letters received from the bar that were delivered to 3 individuals. Person reported being charged by a dog at the golf course. Dog and owner had left the area before officer arrived.
MVA – 911 report of vehicle off the road. FD and police dispatched.
Hit and run – Person came into station to report someone had hit their vehicle.
Vehicle stopped for no lights on.

Arrested William Garrett Shilts, 25, on charge of DUI.

Officer responded to caller who had locked keys in car and the car is still running.
