Casey Shilts, 19, appeared before First District Judge Kevin Miller on charges of Reckless Driving. The Defendant entered a guilty plea. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 suspended, ordered to pay $650 in fines and surcharges with $600 suspended, to have his driver’s license revoked for 30 days and placed on probation for one year.
