Police arrested Joshua David Gustafson, 22, on charges of Driving Under Influence, Misconduct Involving Controlled Substance and refusal to submit to chemical test.

There was a report of unattended luggage. An individual came to PD to claim the bag.

Police received a vehicle complaint. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and moved the vehicle.
