A petition to revoke probation was filed against Taylor Stavee, after admission of violating the conditions. Stavee must serve three days if 80 hours community service is completed and verified by Feb. 3, or else serve 10 days, and must pay the suspended $100 jail surcharge.

A petition to revoke probation was filed against Donavan Bean, after admission of violating the conditions. A 10-day sentence will be held in abeyance if proof of compliance with AICS referral and pay plan for fines have been filed with the court by Feb. 20. Bean will be remanded and have to pay a $100 suspended surcharge if these are not filed.

A petition to revoke probation was filed against Mariyan Aleksiev, after admission of violating the conditions. Aleksiev will have to pay a $100 suspended fine, but all other terms of the original probation remain in effect.

A petition to revoke probation was filed against Devan Harding, after admission of violating the conditions. Harding will have to pay a $200 suspended fine, but all other terms of the original probation remain in effect.

Wednesday, January 21

Joshua Gustafson pled guilty to Driving Under the Influence, a Class A Misdemeanor. As part of his plea agreement, charges for refusal to submit to a chemical test and controlled substance use were dismissed. Gustafson was sentenced to serve 45 days with 42 days suspended, on or before Jan. 23; pay an unsuspended $1,500 fine to be paid by end of probation on Jan. 21, 2016, plus $125 in court surcharges; and complete a screening evaluation and recommended treatment by Alaska Islands Community Services, and pay costs. Gustafson’s driver’s license and privilege to reapply was revoked for 90 days, and he must use an ignition interlock device for six months upon regaining driving privileges.
