Four-year-old Charlie Nelson draws the winning ticket from this year's Harvest Fest. Arranged by the Wrangell Chamber of Commerce, the annual shopping weekend draws customers with a variety of deals and prizes before the holiday season. For every $50 spent at participating businesses between Nov. 13 and 15, a person would be able to enter their name in for a $500 cash prize. During Monday's drawing, the lucky card belonged to Lovey Brock. In all, Chamber manager Kelly Weatherford reported the cards turned in together topped $65,000 worth of purchases made over the weekend.
