On Friday Tongass Federal Credit Union COO Helen Mickel cuts the ribbon outside the credit union's newest branch, located inside the Kadin Building. Assisting her with the ribbon are Wrangell branch manager Kemberly Green and finance manager P.J. Radcliff. They are joined at right by Wrangell Mayor David Jack and Chamber president Christie Jamieson.
The Johnson-O'Malley Program dance group performs at the credit union's grand opening. Based in Ketchikan, the new location is Tongass Federal Credit Union's fifth branch and becomes Wrangell's third private financial institution.
