Kayla Meissner and Kaylen Easterly receive trophies and certificates for their placement in the Alaska Elks Association Hoop Shoot held in December. For their age groups, the two girls had placed first among Wrangell children and third each in the state. The two were finally recognized for their achievement after delays in delivering the trophies.
