October 16 – Dylan M. Franks plead guilty to an “animal at large” charge. This is over his fourth offense, according to the court report. He has been fined $200, to be paid no later than Dec. 30.
Charges were dismissed for Christopher Grant Russell Freeman, for property damage and trespassing. The charges are being dropped due to Freeman completing his probation.
