The Nolan Center held an open house last Thursday, Feb. 20, to commemorate Elizabeth Peratrovich Day. The open house featured performances by the JOM dancers, a museum display of Alaskan civil rights leaders, and an art project put together by Evergreen Elementary's fourth and fifth grade classrooms.
