Required bachelor’s degree in Food Production/Marine Production System Science + 5 yrs as Roe Operations Manager or similar. Experience required: inspect roe quality; supervision of staff; grading Green Roe; monitoring/maintaining quality; review quality control testing in production areas + sodium nitrate testing; record keeping.
