TRAINING SESSION FOR YOUNG TRAPPERS, Wrangell’s dog-owner community will hold a training session for young trappers on what to do if your dog gets caught in a trap. At 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13, at the U.S. Forest Service office.

Participants must be at least 14 years old and should have a basic knowledge along with previous archery experience. Equipment is limited. $5 drop-in fee.
