Greetings from Silverdale, Washington, my new home. After a half-century of life in Wrangell, I want to honor all those family, friends, co-workers and compadres who enriched my life in so many ways. Thank you.
A special shoutout to Larry Persily for your many years of keeping the Sentinel alive and printed. One of my bucket-list goals had been to one day appear above the fold on Page 1 of the paper. It never happened, but my name showed up in print plenty of other times. What a wonderful historic record the Sentinel provides!
Yes, there is life after Wrangell, especially if it involves return visits. Love to all.
