It’s annoying having our airwaves all jammed up with negative election ads sounding like Lower 48 ones.
U.S. Sen. Dan Sullivan has worked hard every day and been able to get over 60 bills passed to help Alaska during his tenure. It tells me he’s serious about the job and can work well with others. His use of technical facts, historical data and figures has been highly effective.
What I appreciate most though is his focus to bring a range of needed economic opportunities and jobs to Alaska. His service record is broad, including fighting drugs, fisheries issues, righting Native injustices, mental health and supporting veterans.
Even though we don’t agree on a number of things, I can tell the senator’s drive is aimed for what’s best for Alaska while serving at a national level.
His past leadership success as Alaska attorney general, commissioner of natural resources and other roles is a force to be reckoned with that cannot be matched when combined with his Senate seniority and committee assignments.
I’m voting for Sen. Sullivan as the candidate with the strongest resume, past experience and history of successful service to help win our Alaska battles. Get out and vote.
